Standard Office Fee

I do not currently accept or bill insurance, however, I can provide you with a Superbill in order for you to submit a claim for reimbursement. Services may be covered in whole or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, however, it is your responsibility to confirm coverage with your carrier by asking specific questions. I am an out-of-network provider. Credentials your insurance company will need to verify coverage are: Laurie Kerridge, MA, NCC, LPC(i) R4757, NPI #1083141444.

The office fee for individual counseling is $120.00 for a 60-minute session. Every new client must do an initial 75-minute, one-time Intake & Assessment, which is $165.

A regular couples counseling session is 60-minutes at $150. A one-time Intake & Assessment is $175 for a 75-minute session.

Family counseling (3 adults maximum) is a 60-minute session at $175 with a required initial Intake Assessment which is 90-minutes, and a fee of $200.

Payment is due in full prior to each session commencing. Checks are not accepted. If you pay cash, a debit/credit card is still required to be left on file.


Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, be sure to notify me no less than 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for a full session. Appointment reminders are sent by text one day before your appointment. This time is set aside for you and cannot be filled or offered to someone else, therefore all missed appointments or late cancellations will be assessed this fee.

Please Note: Repeated requests to cancel or reschedule, even within the 24 hour period, may result in being dismissed from care.
