Through the integration of a strength's based approach to counseling, I utilize various therapeutic interventions including behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic experiencing, sensory based mind-body psychology, psychodynamic and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I specialize in trauma and post-traumatic growth.
